A Business Data Analyst (BDA) fresher role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. The candidate will work closely with various departments to understand data needs, create reports, and provide insights that help optimize operations and drive growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL, and a basic understanding of data visualization software. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• The Primary Role and Responsibilities Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Identify sales prospects and contact them. Generating leads, services to potential clients.
• Identify and resolve client concerns. Follow up on new leads and referrals through phone calls & through E-mails.
• Follow-up for collection of payment.
• Coordination with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Research and identify new market opportunities. Identify new Clients/prospects and initiate & follow up on business development activities.
• Make appointments with different mangers and decision makers

Requirements

• Must possess strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must have Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Must have good negotiation skills.
